A Fresh Perspective on Biblical history

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. I have a new perspective on the Temple being destroyed and the Jewish perspective of Christ. I think good storytelling does that -- puts us in the shoes of people we're unfamiliar with, at places we've never been, and it lets us feel emotions that we ARE all familiar with: pain, confusion, sorrow, hope... and so many more.
